Went in to get my power steering worked on and they got that going and then they found a radiator was leaking and something was wrong with the air condition. They replaced radiator And and then the air conditioner just had a short in the wiring and they didn’t charge me anything for that which I really appreciate it cause I thought I was gonna be looking at a very high, Bill

Just had my back rotors and all 4 break pads replaced at JP’s. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions and walking through all of the costs for the best price. Mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable and the work was done in just over an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly competent services done efficiently. They were able to take care of a last minute issue I had with a tie rod. They had me in and out within an hour. Certainly will use JP again!

They will charge you again for something they didn’t fix. Plus tow charge ! Etc. there are plenty of places that are honest and trustworthy. Keep your money and look elsewhere. I will never take anything to them again. That’s my point! There attitude towards paying customers is a problem. Look elsewhere. Period.they will charge you over extra money for something they allegedly diagnosed. Customer service is very rude and disrespectful!!!
